Critiques
The only problem I can find with this is the hair, particularly the beard. you have the shape and colour, but the texture isnt right. its almost creepy, haha. I understand your reasoning, trying to make strands, but the technique you used wasnt too complimentary, the strands are too thick and too contrasting.
On all though, this is an inspiring drawing almost to perfection, the only flaw in it is easy to work on. Keep up the good work!!!!
